Billing is per active pupil or student. The monthly rate is shown on each plan, and we also display the equivalent 3-month term cost for convenience.
What exactly is free in the first term?
Approved schools get the first launch term for onboarding, migration, setup, and live rollout without per-learner billing during that initial term.
Can we upgrade after starting on a lower stage?
Yes. Schools can start with a simpler stage, then expand into deeper records, transport, or learning workflows as operations mature.
How do we know which stage fits?
